Good day! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog. Is it very hard to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. @user 15481 yeah you can鈥檛 do that if all the employees are equals with one another. You have equal ownership of the co op with all of your coworkers. You and your coworkers get to make decisions democratically. You can鈥檛 choose to specifically target individual employees to harass them.
